Weather Station simultaneously displays indoor and outdoor  temperature in C or F, min/max readings, indoor humidity, forecast icon, date (day, month, day of the week), barometric trend, current barometric pressure with readings from the past hour and bar-graphs from the past 12-hour period.  The CAKW5090W-2THB also features the phases of the moon, programmable indoor and outdoor hi/low alarms, and outdoor humidity.

A graphic weather forecast displays one of five symbols: Sunny, Slightly Cloudy, Cloudy, Rainy or Cloudburst.

The Weather Station's alarm clock shows the current time in 12 or 24-hour user-selectable format.

Includes one (1) wireless sensor that may be placed up to 100 feet away from the Weather Station. The sensor's LCD displays the ambient temperature. This information is broadcast to the weather station using a 433 MHz RF signal. The weather station will also indicate when the sensor's batteries are low.

Considerations should be taken when installing the remote sensor to protect it from harsh environments.  Though it is splash resistant, the sensor should not be exposed to strong sunlight, high humidity, heavy snow, sleet or rainfall.

The display may be set to any of these 7 languages: English, Spanish, German, Russian, Denmark, Dutch, Italian, or French.

The Weather station is powered by two standard C-cell batteries and the sensor by two standard AA batteries.
