To Order
If ordering using the "Order Online" button, select the Certified product found near the bottom of the web page. If
ordering using email or by phone, simply add the suffix "C" to the regular
catalog number. For example, Timer 810026 becomes 810026C in its certified version.
Delivery
Allow 10
to 13 business days for product certification and order processing. If you request ground delivery, it may be 3 to 4 weeks before your order arrives. If you require the
certified product by a specific date, include this information in the "Comments" field during checkout and use an expedited shipping option for the quickest delivery.

Each certified product comes with:

A serial number

A calibration of certification label

One of three certificates attached to the box. The type of
certificate varies by product:

"Certificate of Compliance" -
Specifies that the product has been tested and found to be within its stated tolerance for
accuracy.

"Certificate of Calibration" -
Similar to above but for products which can be adjusted to the standard they are tested
against.

"Certificate Traceable to NIST"
- Specifies that the standards against which the product has been certified or calibrated
were themselves calibrated by the National Institute of Standards and Technology
(NIST),
or with NIST calibrated equipment under conditions specified by
NIST.
